Oceanic Global Group was started back in 1997, our team at first was not direct to residential property business, but other construction structures such as port, water supply system, railway tunnel, dam and many other projects in South America and Europe.

In 2000, our team moved to South East Asia, and has been involved in developing private residential properties, including apartments, condominium units and private villas on this Phuket Island.

Under the different name, Oceanic Global Group is the hand behind many successful projects:

• ‘Kata Ocean View Residence-Phase#1’; 8 residential apartments with sea view completed last October 2007,

• ‘Kata Ocean View Condominium – Phase #2’; a complex of 24 sea view apartments with pool. This project will be completed and the keys handed over to the new owners by February 2009,

• ‘Kata Ocean View Condominium – Phase #3’; comprising of 21 sea view apartments with pool to be completed by February 2010,

• Upcoming project ‘Kata Ocean View Condominium – Phase #4’; stylishly modern apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms, lounge, and western kitchen.
